Introduction
Cicada is a DC villain who has the power to absorb other people's energy rendering their powers useless. In the CW version of the Flash, he has the ability to grab people and pull them, nullify meta human powers, and much more. I decided to add my own set of powers just for the fun of it.
Please comment below any suggestions I could make for future updates.

Kill, Attach, Throw, Lightning, Flee, Nuke
- Face mask
- Amplified power effects
- Passive power

Powers
Kill - Simple kill power. Throw the dagger and kill them.
Amplified: When on a car, kills all peds in the car.
Attach - Attach a ped to the air or to a car.
No amplified power.
Throw - Throw a ped into the air.
Amplified: When on a car, push a car away.
Lightning - Shock peds and cars. Shuts down cars momentarily. Tazes peds.
Amplified: When on a car, permanently shuts down the car. Opens all doors.
Flee - Causes peds to drop their weapons and run away. Causes cars to drive away quickly.
Amplified: When on a car, body panels break off. Tires burst.
Nuke - Causes a huge explosion pushing everything away from you.
No amplified power.
Passive power - Any hostiles near you will infinitely reload as long as the power is toggled on.
In addition, you have the power to kill people in one punch.
As for the red and blue circle that appear, the red circle means you have a ped attached to your dagger. The blue circle means the dagger is attached to a vehicle indicating an amplified power.
Note - Sometimes the red circle which indicates that you have a ped attached will bug out and show that you have someone attached when you don't, just press Z to reset that.

@drakeknocking You're kicking some serious ass around here with these awesome mods. Any plans to give some AI enemies this kinda love? It'd be infinitely entertaining to fight super villains along Los Santos!

@Renzo Vergara How do you mean? The model can be set in the .ini file for modelers who would like to test different models.
Nothing bro..bro, have you thought that the flee power causes enemies something similar to freeze all mod?
@Renzo Vergara I don't believe so.. I am assuming youre reffering to the freeze time mod, my Flee ability causes peds & vehicles to flee and panic away from you.
@drakeknocking Of course, but as it must wrest powers from enemies, it could create a "frozen time" for a moment, so it would stop speedsters :D

I need help, I'm getting an error like this whenever I press F7, the mod menu shows up for a slight second then closes then the error pops up. http://prntscr.com/nvnv6p
@drakeknocking it shows the error. Link is on top of the comment. I don’t know what’s wrong. Script book is updated and all.
@SevenPlanet1904 Be sure you are on the latest version of ScriptHookV. The latest version was released on Feb. 2019. Also be sure you have ScriptHook5DotNet. The error doesn't occur with my game and others on the latest version of ScriptHook files.
@drakeknocking I reinstalled scripthook and scripthook5dot net with the latest update and I'm still getting the same error. I don't even know why.
@SevenPlanet1904 I will look into it and see if I can recreate the error you're recieving. Maybe try older versions of this script? There also might be some other mod interfering with mine.. But I will look into it and determine if it is this script.

@drakeknocking OBE Studio made a model of Cicada's Dagger for his Arrowverse DLC mod. Perhaps you could use that as the defaultweapon model for this script?
@drakeknocking how do i change the hotkey for script activation menu because my key binds are different on my gaming laptop if you could help me change the key-bind from F7 to something else.it would be appreciated.
when i try to activate the mod it comes up with SHDotNet Error
