This glider would be so much more fun if it handled better. So I fixed it :)
I did lots of testing with many different handling changes. I wanted to make the machine better but also keep the feel of the original model.
Improved overall in-air handling.
Glide twice as far with engine off.
Less Turbulence
There are three choices to choose from that will have different top speed.
Normal 55mph
Medium 75mph
fast 100mph
Install Path :
OpenIV
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpsmuggler\dlc.rpf\common\data
(edit mode on) Drag&Drop handling.meta \ Replace handling.meta
I used the Mallard (stunt plane) as reference for a few of the handling changes.

@ReNNie Ultralight is the name used in the game and in menus. It is referred to as Microlight only in the code/OpenIV. The name change is fine. The reason I used Ultralight is because it was the more recognizable name for people that have seen it in-game. https://streamable.com/4xeq3k

Awesome mod for the ultralight aircraft. Tried it out and immediately noticed a big difference. The aircraft feels much more maneuverable, it no longer feels as if you're trying to fly a stringed kite plus also I liked the speed boost you get however, be aware of what handling.meta you choose for speeds. I chose the fastest 100mph speed and at that speed it's kind of difficult to land it, even if you slow down all the way it still became difficult to land because it's a glider, keep that in mind. I bounced off the runway several times and had to go around a few times to get it right and land. I recommend medium or normal speed but, if you want the fastest speed at 100mph just saying it's a bit difficult to land. Other than that, great modification for this aircraft.
