No Helicopter Sway and More

This removes SWAY on helicopters in both directions and plane's YAW jitter. It's only for people who want that easy steady gta4 flying. Helicopter's sway has two versions, all big ones like Annihilator, Cargobob, Swift have less then Buzzard Frogger...etc
I also slightly increased speed for BESRA, HYDRA and LAZER.
HYDRA also has slightly quicker maneuverability left to right in hover mode and i believe it had little faster hover descent.
Since many of you have already changed handlings you have to replace them manually, each folder has explained whats in it and where.
Be sure you make BACKUPS so you can start over if mistake is made.

Folder 1 main handling.meta have also all SUVs, both Sandkings, Bison and Rancher modded. Focus there is on removing suspension bug caused by too low rebound value making vehicles jump over curbs, it also has increased leaning, not too much (gta4 was way too much for me) so it would not flip on flat surface, but it will if you turning fast and sharp and hit curb. There is many more adjustments like suspension stiffness and force depending what kind of SUV or truck, most of them are slightly lifted to resemble better real ones. Also turning radius and grip is changed to have them bit less arcade.
Also some boats beginnings tests, Tropic and Seashark both made to respond better to waves, Seashark's speed is bit decreased.
In future i will definitely slow down that darn Tractor, lol.
All that will be eventually released separately when at least all suvs and trucks are done.
One of the reasons I avoid flying in this game was because of the crazy movements of the Copter. Great work.
I couldn't find update\x64\dlcpacks\mpluxe\dlc.rpf\common\data.
Mpluxe is only there if you have last gotten chains upgrade i believe

@Nutronic Removing turbulence doesn't do much to sway, unfortunately, i was hopping it would be that easy

@Nutronic right, turbulence values moders removed since first handling mods, but helis swings funny anyways. I believe it gets it slightly less in high altitudes, but if you just lift off little it keeps moving in all axis too much. I didn't removed it either really, i just added resistance to turns like adding extra shock absorbers to springs, which made it more stable. It's mainly in increased <vecTurnRes values, these settings were already in similar way in gta4's boats and helis 2nd handling lines.

@tall70 If you ever actually fly in a real helicopter, it doesn't sway around like stupid rockstar made it do.

@tall70 Hi, this is a wonderful mod, but is it possible you could release it as a script, so we can easily add/remove it without modifying the handling files?

I found that I can replace a file with the original game files to my mod folder so I no longer back up files. My game folder has all of the non modded files for me already. I also like your mod it is awesome to fly without the helicopter pitching forward.
This was last updated in 2015...is there an update? especially since the new DLC has several new planes.

Apparently not. Sad, because flying the helis is my favorite aspect of the game but for the sway makes it less fun than it could be.
is this more of a simulation or arcade helicopter flying experience just curious?
Does this work on apache and dlc helicopters?
