2023 update:
Not sure why the 5mods admins wont remove this from the site, downloading this would be wasting your time since the link is dead and I've lost all development files years ago for the new version of this mod... Thank you to everyone who checked out the mod in the past (if you even see this) but nowadays there are a million different graphics mods out there.
Great graphics mod. Simple yet very great looking. I have the option to play with NVE at 4k 60+ fps but I always find myself playing with VisualV. Its the only graphics mod you need in my opinion.
@pixelmurderer This reshade preset is intended to be used with QuantV though, so using QuantV's effects in his screenshots is completely logical. Im not a fan of reshade presets in general anyways, because I run my own edited version of VisualV for my own use. BUT if someone is to post their reshade preset, part of showing it off is the mod it relies on.
BTW, a rating system does exist, and you can browse by ratings.
@Manamal bruh every emergency vehicle has ELS, theres enough camaros out there that have ELS.
Rename it to blurred screen mod lol. Too much gaussian blur.

Any info on combining vehicles with weapons?
surprised this just wasnt combined into one rpf file. Great mod regardless.
Very cool mod
Looks very similar to Crystal Reality. Too bad the original was taken down years ago :(
one of the better presets out there, nice!
