Installation:
Using OpenIV, put all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
1. Run AddonPeds (Run as Admin)
2. Click (New Ped) input the name (x31)
3. Set Ped Type to (Female) and Is streamed (False)
4. press REBUILD.
5. Done!

The rules and regulations say you can't "Upload images that do not have anything to do with your mod (so no screenshots on Patreon-only content on the mod-upload page). Since x32 is not in the package, is she for sale, or is she free? If for sale then you appear to be in violation, if free why not just upload her as well?

@pankaj1110 If I can make suggestions. Two ways to remarkably improve this model, first would be to have facial animations. The second, and easier one, is to remove the glare (the white lines) under the models eyes. They make it look like she tanned while wearing sunglasses. Otherwise it's a very nice model.

The rules don't state anywhere that there can not be any other peds in the images (next to the model being offered), as long as the ped in question is in the image being shown. So, it's perfectly okay for the author to show ped x31 in the picture with allegedly ped x32 too.
Also, backseat moderation is not required (nor wanted). While we love to hear when people think they detect irregularities, simply use the Report button, and we will look into it. Then WE will make the determination whether someone is in violation of the Rules or not.
