2:>Using "OpenIV" program, navigate to ...GTA V root folder\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\...
3:>Drag and drop all 3 files(asterope.yft, asterope_hi.yft, asterope.ytd) in "vehicles.rpf" folder;
4:>After you added all files, click on "Edit mode" once again and close OpenIv program;
4:>Run GTA V and spawn "Karin Asterope" car.

@JanS23 unfortinetly, Dacia's is one of the brands that is nonexistent over here in the US. they are excluded indirectly under our strict importation rule. We also don't get , Skodas (that may change soon since they are possibly looking to expand to our market) Renaults, Citroens, Peugeots, Seat's, and a few other European brands.
on the bright side, America is home to the Muscle car and the pickup truck, both heavily influence our car culture.
