@Zemanez It is lagging very hard when i start the game up with this trainer. the cpu usage is 50 % more than without the trainer. I had this problem before.

@AmlleR You only get banned if you play online with mods or even if you loaded up the game with mods and then click on online. If you do that your games crashes and you get banned. but if you play offline with it (singleplayer) you wont get banned. If you dont now how to put mod your gta look up on youtube.
