@7th Ward Confirmed. Currently researching and reporting back.
Seizures are now in the optional physicstasks file.
EDIT: I'm not sure if that last part in the Assembly.xml is right. The one about the weapons_heavyrifle. In fact IC doensn't contain a heavy_rifle.oiv, nor does it modify any weapon insie the path that your patch installer targets (no files modified in dlcpacks).
Also I think that you should change the method that is being used to target dlcpacks in your installer. Pretty sure that's the reason for these crashes.
Anyone: Just install the patch manually and either skip the heavy_rifle or put it into "update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpsecurity\common\data\ai\weapons_heavyrifle.meta". Then it works.
Crashes my game right after it finishes loading into the map. I don't use many mods. EVE, LSPDFR, Improvements in Gore, W.E.R.O w. compatibility patch for IC 1.7. That's it. I've checked the files and there aren't any conflicts. So it's either because of IC or happens in conjunction with the WERO patch.
It's pretty much a fresh game. I only use Enable All Interiors in scripts folder. The logs don't point to some specific mod or conflict, just an unhndled execption at some mem offset. Also I've tried without WERO and installed all OpenIV mod from scratch for several times, game works but crashesh as soon as I add IC to the list.
EDIT: Afteer extensive testing I can confirm it' NOT your mod! But caused by something done by the WERO IC Patch installer.

Oh, I forgot to mention Nat Evolved, which I'm using too. Really can't tell what's going on. But really nothing get the mod to work.
For anyone who doesn't know: You can open any .oiv file with WinRar (or any similar tool). Inside you'll find the loose files and an .xml file that includes exact directions on where every single file goes. This way you can find out easily if there are conflicts with other oiv packages, or just what files to (un)install - and even do it manually.
For example: Unpack the oiv files from 2 mods into different folders. Now compare the files, if needed merge them for compatibility and install them manually. You name it.
Hmm...ok. Never had trouble with it. In fact it runs way better for me than the original one. That one was sometimes hitting performance very noticeable for me.
Very nice mod! Unfortunately it conflicts with the latest Rob Fleeca mod. When standing in front of an ATM and press O the menu won't be displayed because it's already occupied with "Press E to start a robbery", and you will be stuck in this animation. The only way to unstuck is using a trainer or let some angry ped push you away.
@mcal9909: I wanted to ask again if you could add a toggle that pauses the mod - or better, only to stop turning peds into dealers. This sometims messes with missions and other situations. But the feature where Zee points you to those guys who have killed you is great! So you can get all your stuff back.
Again me: I did some testing, and I can say that it must be something inide one of the meta files. Maybe a typo?

@JustDancePC Why?
Conflicts with Fleeca Bank Account and ATM. It blocks the ATM menu to appear.
