still didn't load. what am i doing wrong?

ok i made a content and setup2 xml and dropped em in the rpf, now i'm gonna see if i did it right. fingers crossed!

I made one, and made a dlc rpf and edited the dlclist xml and it still didn't show up. What am I missing here?

I don't have a custom-maps folder. Am I doing something wrong?

excellent trainer with some cool features like: A fugitive option, fuel consumption, engine damage, prison break, peds call the police when they see a weapon, and much more. very well made, good job.
