it starts bouncing on the waves after I move forward a few meters, soon it turns fully unplayable and keeps bouncing even after abandoning the vehicle. any way to solve this?
@TheIrishStud online pop-ups will not appear if you are either actually disconnected from internet, or in offline mode in steam, which is a even a better thing now given the recent security flaws

@joeng2645 I confirm it work flawlessly to this day following what you said. Did it both on current 2802 patch as in downgraded to 2372. I have potato PC and would get 20-22 fps before this at most, dropping to as low as 14 sometimes. After re-sizing I'll have 30-32 fps most of the time, in some places it'll drop to 20-24, mainly in super crowded areas, and this might be a lot because of some heavy addon cars I have spawning in traffic. Re-Sized certainly helps a lot.
