damn , i got no LAPD logo like in the first pic , why ? I have all instal corect……………

i have solved the Problem with the Mission Row Station for me . Go in you'r Trainer and enable the MP Maps and then disable . And Mission Row works with the LAPD logo...….

works perfect !!
