Open Grand Theft Auto V directory and copy and paste both common.rpf and x64a.rpf into your mods folder

Then Rename the .oiv to .zip then extract it and inside the REALISM Enhanced Traffic And Driver AI folder you get,

Follow the folder path AI\content\update\update.rpf\ and replace the following files in openiv

junctions.xml = mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\

pedpersonality.ymt = mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\metadata\

vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta = mods\common.rpf\data\ai\

vehicleaitasks.ymt = mods\x64a.rpf\data\tune\

vehicletasks.ymt = mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\tune\

That should help most of you that also have other mods installed
