Found a wierd visual bug: when first person in car, certain vehicles cause a motion-blur/bokeh effect for player. This is highly distracting when playing the game. I've observed this issue occuring outside of fp, but much less likely and less noticeable.
So far so good. Doesn't modify important files like weapons.meta or any crap like that, just enough for better effects.
Essential mod for realism
Any chance on adding realistic grenade effects (like nades not blowing up cars)?
Makes the game looks better & and run faster. Best part, it only requires 1 file modification!
Never ran this script, just payin respects to such an old script being updated for as long as it has.
Love the simplicity of the install (much less chance of affecting other mods), but I just can't use it when peds stand for 5 seconds after getting shot in the head. It was funny at first, but it just rubbed me the wrong way after a while.
Looking forward to seeing more progress from this mod!
Bit of a performance hit, but looks quite nice compared to vanilla GTA. Not using NVR cause I don't give money to patreon. It seems this mod causes higher performance impact to grass, gonna try some retextures to see if this helps.
Does this mod conflict with WOV and/or Dispatchworks?
If you want to add this to your current graphics.ytd file (if you have an already modified file), you must open up the mods ytd, find "torch", export as "torch.dds". Then, open up your game's graphics.ytd in "edit" mode, find the "torch" texture, and "replace" that texture with the new one. EZPZ
