With PhoneBills calls in GTA V won't be free anymore. Now you will have to pay when you call somebody with your cell phone. This is quite basic and maybe doesn't make the game more harder, but you might like it if you want to pay for more things on the game, making it a bit more reallistic.
CUSTOMIZE PHONE BILLS
One of the features is the huge customization. You can choose how much the call cost (actually $ per second), add a call fee (a fix cost on each call), make short calls free and choose a min. and max. call cost. You can change all these options on the INI file provided, or by using the web config. generator, where you can graphically choose all these options, and then download the INI file (or copy-paste the code).
Dependencies and installation
You need ScriptHookV and ScriptHookV DotNet in order to run this script.
To install it, just copy the dll and ini files provided on the scripts folder, located inside GTA5 root folder.
Upcoming features and fixes

Upcoming features and fixes
- Need to verify if the script applies costs or not when you receive a call. Please report this.
- Add an option to change the $ per second to $ per minute.
- Better interface (place a textbox with the call info instead of a "subtitle" text).
- More customization options.

@EnforcerZhukov Great mod
Buen mod
Yaas
how to get mods?
Fantastic if you're into realism/role playing mods.
It would be cool if you had bills to pay at the end of every month/week
Every call is 0 seconds for 0 dollars and 0 cents
Awesome idea, and really hatts of to the creation. I haven't used this yet, but will download and try it.
Btw, 5 stars from me, just for your creation and all the efforts you put it. :)
@EnforcerZhukov
Bro, one more quick suggestion, if it's possible, give a space between Phonebills, since, it's really hard to search your mod on google or even on this forum search option. Also, if possible, try adding more tags to your mod name, like cell bill, mobile bill, call charges etc. It's easier for us to find that way. :)
Why should I pay when smb doesn't answer? 0_o
@EnforcerZhukov This would be eve better if more scripts and mod menus were available from the cell phone. Like instead of all thos hotkeys hogging up the keyboard open up trainers BAM map editor through that.thatsnot on you though cool idea!
@kinghippo2000 There's a library to do that, a few mods use it, like this one: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/personal-driver-chauffeur
@EnforcerZhukov holy shit dont know how i never seen that awesome thanks man!
@EnforcerZhukov since your one of few whose response actually pointed me in the direction of learning something. Where should i go for tutorials to start learning how to make gta 5 mods I've enjoyed everyone else's work long enough i think.
@kinghippo2000 I started watching some tutorials on youtube and started with very basic scripts. Also learned something modifying other mods, like the GangWar which is opensource
Great Mod!
I hate phone bills, but ur mod is great.
@EnforcerZhukov Hey, great mod, but is there any way to make the balance to become negative. 'Cause now i can make call even if my balance is zero and it never gets below zero.
in real life you avoid paying
in games, you come up with new things to pay for...
@Geklmin Then don’t download it…
Hey! I didn't say it wasn't an interesting concept.
