Props labeled as PRI_OPTIONAL_LOW won't get loaded by the game, this mod fixes that.
Besides enabling PRI_OPTIONAL_LOW props, it also allows you to disable/force other prop priorities.
Installation
To install this mod with ScriptHookV place the files in your GTA V root directory.
To install this mod with ScriptHookVPlusPlus place the files in your scripts folder
(The mod is standalone, and doesn't use either API)
(I currently don't have the time to make proper screenshots, will make better ones soon)
This mod is currently incompatible with RCA

For everyone who asks what this mod is actually doing:
It restores a lot of props around the entire open world that was original developed in the game but didn't spawn cause of a bug (See mod description) that was never fixed. Now all props appear in the world how it should be. You can see a lot of changes in the Youtube videos here on 5Mods.

So I've tried a few different variants of this mod, as I think that restoring low priority props is a must.
I have to say that this script is the best working and easiest way to enable it so far.
@BIN Are You using Burgershot Interior SP? My game crashed same place with that mode.
@TaranVG I using a few asi mods, but this doesn't loading any new props for me. :(
The dlc version working correctly.
This mod works but my game crashes after playing 10-15 mins. It's very strange because I use only very carefully selected mods and scripts and I never get any crashes. Someone knows what could be the problem?
since i have test this mods texture in game dont load fine

@BlackScout Actually this is not wholly true. You see with a script it can/will make games crash that have ymaps that conflict. On that subject, I made your mod compatible with Real California Architecture, which is a VERY popular map. Would you be ok with me uploading it to the site, with full credits given?

well neither of these mods truly bring back all the props as you can see in code walker and with these mods there is still tons missing...
