can some link me a video or explain how to replace install, I understand the addon method but these replace instructions make no sense to me, help me out please...

Sorry for my English. I cant replace this texture (I mean I try backup). I can replace some another your mods. But I cant replace this texture. I tried replacing from original. I tried replacing from textures from another mods. But after replacing, in game I still see this texture. I replaced a_f_y_tourist_01. And i dont see one texture from video (blue top and red pants, if Im not mistaken), But I see 3 another textures. What I must to do for replace?
Can make this a playable charecter for franklin/trevor?
