The LSPD has decided to finally invest their funds, and purchased a brand new fleet of vehicles with Stealth liveries. The original idea for these was to help officers remain inconspicuous while out on patrol. Of course, they forgot that they their department lacks any slicktops, so now the garage is full of these low profile liveries with vibrant and visible lightbars. But hey, they're here now, and they can't be refunded, so we might as well use them
Originally, I used this pack to learn the basics of Paint.net, and what livery creation entails. I decided to actually finish it off and publicly release it.
The pack contains Stealth liveries for most of the vehicles in 11John11's LSPD Pack (apart from the retro Alamo and Stanier). These liveries are transparent, so they can be recolored. The pack also contains optional K-9 variants to compliment my K-9 Pack.
Requirements:
11John11's LSPD Pack
Installation:
Go to (mods)>update>x64>dlcpacks>11john11_lspd_pack>dlc.rpf>x64 and locate the .ytd file of the vehicle you want to have the livery on.
Now open the .ytd file in Edit mode, hit import, and select the texture for the corresponding vehicle.
(These textures are replacements, so if you have custom textures installed already, make sure to rename these ones).

Ummm...
@lesigax Scam bot
Thank god that the LAPD doesn't use this type of livery
I don't know how to feel about this if I'm being honest, it's very low effort and it just looks very cursed, but each to their own.
