Installation:

• Extract the file and place rmodsian_sign_3 on your desktop
• open OpenIV
• Goto GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/rmodsian/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/rmodsianvehicles.rpf/rmodsian.ytd
• Turn on Edit mode
• open rmodsian.ytd
• Click on Import
• In the Open windows, choose the mod livery file rmodsian_sign_3.dds and Open it
• Press Save and close OpenIV
• enjoy :)
