Very simple little mod that uses Guadmaz's Map Editor to delete the neighbour's annoying pop radio. I did this mod because I was spending alot of time in the Vinewood safehouse making my glass rooftop airport and helipads map (will release soon). The more time I spent there the more that the neighbour's radio started to get on my nerves. Thought I'd share in case anyone else is interested.
You'll need to get Guadmaz's Map Editor and all it's requirments (if you haven't gotten it yet, it is a must have mos and tons of fun!):

Once you got Map Editor setup, go to (GTAV main folder)\scripts, make an AutoloadMaps folder and place KillNeighboursRadio.xml there.
That's it! Enjoy!

Was hoping you managed to get rid of the shitty modern rap in Frank's safehouse instead..... still nice either way lol
@ReaperVC Oh trust, me, I really did want to get rid of it too :) but the radio in Franklin's home isn't a prop that's deletable by Map Editor. If I find a way of getting rid of it, I'll put up the mod.
@thebunnyrules Yeah I know, it would probably need to be done with some scripting. Usually I just switch on the TV cause I noticed it disables the music, then walk away while it's still on.
@ReaperVC smart, :) I usually jump the balcony and come into my bedroom.

You could always change the actual song in the audio? Use openformats to either silence the offending pop or modern rap or find a song of similar length and replace it so you hear that in game rather than the annoying ones :) I did this very thing to change the music in the vanilla unicorn.
