Menyoo Installation:
Simply just drag the .xml file into - menyoostuff - spooner - and your done
YMAP Installation:
Using Open IV Go Into:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf
And place the file into there.
I Don't Allow people copying my files and using them for their own benefit.

@shairan27 depends what gameconfig you're running (e.g. might have a gameconfig for loads of peds and vehicles) in that case you might encounter a few problems but it should be fine :)
