installation : Copy the oi_wharf folder into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks".
Add "dlcpacks:/oi_wharf/" at the end of dlclist.xml in (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data)
location map : -12345.9, 5508.44, 99.99
