@wantyourntuslicked Lot's of effort, making a dlc, making weapons.meta, weaponanimations.meta, loadouts.meta, weaponarchetypes.meta, pedpersonality.meta
@HeySlickThatsMe I'm ok for most files, I don't need this to show up for other npcs atm. But thanks for quick reply, is it possible if I do it on an existing add on mod? So like I put the model over the add on, and then that would show up instead of the original weapon.

@HeySlickThatsMe But I saw from your wip weaponworks mod that I only needed a dlcpack install and adding a line in dlclist.meta to make it function, is this possible to just pop it in like that? And then add a few lines to the xml files in the folder?
@HeySlickThatsMe Or maybe in the future someone could make a template dlcpack for assault rifle mods? there would be a place to add the weapon and its stats and shooting would be predefined in the xmls of the dlc, then all you have to do is to rename the mod files so it doesn't replace, then just drag it in and then it could be spawned ingame.

love it. only problem is that the textures need mipmaps and the normal maps should be inverted, luckily that's an easy fix but it should've come that way
