Rockstar ALLOW mods online #lol
Only the "input8.dll" file block the online game but this file is not from rockstar...
The Massage on the Screen is not from Rockstar too.
You can Play with mods in Public Sessions no Problems.
If you use Scriptmods you are in a solo session BUT is allow.
Only Gold Hack, RP Hack, Wallhack, Aimbot, ESP, Godmode ect = Ban
If you want to Play online with mods:
1. Delete "input8.dll"
2. Download:

It's much better if you overlay with the desired color instead of replacing, since you lost all of the detail.

@hiwi234 Yes, but the thing which you did there is just plain simple color (like just painted in paint), which doesn't translate nicely into video games. It's always better to have some sort of details then none at alI, it brings it closer to looking real. Anyway I just wanted to tell you that you can change the color and still keep the detail, up to you what you wanna do.
m134 gun which is capable of mowing down waves of kids in the matter of seconds with its 7.62 mm bullets having the velocity speed for 3000 feet per second breaking the super sonic sound barrier which comes from its 6 powerful rotating barrels powered by a external eletric motor source which can spit it up to 6000 revolutions per minute faster than a car going 65 mph. Weighing 165 pounds, the backpack alone weighs 60 pounds which carries the motor and does not include the ammo while the M134 minigun weighs around 105 pounds and the reason why it is so heavy is to counter the recoil produced by it which is around 90 pounds of forces which is strong enough to knock out a adult being. In a test if a UH-1Y or any helicopter that has a mounted M134 minigun the test showed that if it were to fly by near a football field and fire for a full 30 seconds every 5 inch square block on the field has a 100% chance of getting hit.

The link you have pinned doesn't have the file anymore,so I can't try it out.
@Makimoto you can run mods online BUT you need a costem .asi loader.
the problem is .asi loader use a lot of mod menus in gta.
and is this menu ban from gta you have a ban too.
from this reasion i delete my asi loader file. sorry !!! :/
and the admins here dont allow online mods i try to upload but no. Mod not unlook for public :/

idk if it just because my file directory is different but the files to replace the minigun are located in patchday8, they don't exist in patchday10 only the flar gun files are there
