Sometimes, the biggest vehicle manufacturer in US might feel just generous enough to donate few brand new SUVs to the poorest hospital in the city. This time, St.Fiacre Hospital was lucky.
Based on my Vapid Caracara mod, this truck features some serious model improvements over its progenitor, which you, probably, won't ever notice.
In addition, this EMS vehicle got a multitude of flashing lights, more than enough to confuse all other drivers about your speed, direction, intentions and all other things emergency lights were first meant to be used for.
Model name: ambucara

If you need permission - yes. This vehicle uses custom soundbank allowing it to have both Caracara's unique engine sound and ambulance siren, and you need to load .rel config file(s) on your FiveM server for the soundbank to work. There may be some little technical things to consider, but I have no experience working with FiveM so you better ask someone more competent in that area.

Hey, so we put it into our server and it doesn't have a siren I have Luxart Siren Control it just doesn't work with only this vehicle
