otating tower fix? Does it fix Y axis limiter?
@goal1664 RDE now have proble with tower. it's doesn't rotating,because tank and LAV have secondary weapon.I fix this problem.I just disable secondary weapon.)
@Sheriff Howard there's no RDE folder in mods/update/update.rpf/x64 Where should I put the handling meta?

@Sheriff Howard if I already have custom handling meta in mods/update/update/common/data so I cant put your handling meta, which line should I replace in my current handling meta?
@Willy41007 If you haven't RDE, you needn't replace any in handling.meta. Just RDE 3.1.1 add new fuction for RHINO(Machine Gun with tank gun), so after apdate "gunrunning" Second weapon for tanks have some bugs(Tank tower don't rotate). This file fix this bug. I just remove secondary weapon for tanks added by RDE 3.1.1
