1.Place the folder named sv15 in [Game Folder]\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2.Use OpenIV to extract
[Game Folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
3.Open it using Notepad and add the following line:
dlcpacks:\sv15\
4.Save it then use OpenIV to replace it.
Done!
Use any trainer to spawn the car.
Car spawn name : sv15
