2. go to update\update.rpf\common\data
3. backup handling.meta
4. replace handling.meta with one from rar

nice! i found it similar to the handling of the sultan RS from gta iv that i'm trying to upload. give it a look!
yeah, i finally tried it myself, and yes: i've been fooled by the video. this is not a car handling; no car could behave like that! it might be perfect for your driving style, but imho it'impossible to enjoy for everyone else :)
