@HeckCrow civilian looking car with very simple emergency lightning (a few lights under the windshield). No pushbar, no partition between front and rear rows of seats, no searchlights, no mobile data terminal, no police wheels. They should look like a detective car because FBI agents are basically detectives and other forensicists and they need cars to just get from point A to point B, they don't need all that police equipment. This car looks like an unmarked state police or sheriff car.
