Car is very detailed. No liveries, or tuning and the handling is not great. The "Extras" is the license plate. The installation instructions will make no sense to a first time modder. If you pay for the car, you probably get tuning parts.

@NOTVAN0SS You talking like peope making these cars from the ground up. Well unfortunately for you this is not how it's been done. They are ripping a model from another game or getting a leaked model from a vehicle model site, then all they do is to make the car for gta 5 ready, which is adding gta license plate, adjusting the lights, steering wheel so it fits with the game then they are putting it on patreon for ridiculous amount of prices.

Now you will of course ask why the game companies allowing their own models been ripped and sold for money. and at that part, so called "early access" term comes into play. To avoid getting restricted, all they have to do is hide behind the early access period and claim the vehicle is not fully completed but it's avaliable for people who would like to test it before free release. Now how something can wait at early access period for years? Cuz there is no law that defines how long a maximum early access period can be. Thanks to this uncertainty, 90% of modders abusing it at their early access period ends 1000 years later.

Are all the modders like this? Absolutely not. There are some rare people who makes the cars from scratch such as Ubludock and there are also some very rare people who actually release their paid mod for free after 3-4 months such as Venkey. The names I put only as an example, no advertisement intended (as I hate advertisements myself to guts anyway)...

Now I hope that "effort" you think is not more than 1 day of work and that is with taking sweet times included. Although of course you have freedom to believe otherwise as well <3
