Asea - Realistic Handling Mod 1.0d

This handling.meta mod is designed to make the handling of the Asea much more lifelike in terms to it's real-life counterpart, the Suzuki Aerio.
For realism, I have increased the top speed to it's exact 125mph. With that, the power the engine puts out at top speed has been increased, as well as slightly increasing the acceleration. Shifting has been improved considerably as well.
Along with the brake force being increased by twice the power, I have also increased the traction on all tires, and reduced the traction loss by 30%, and so the car should handle beautifully on the road.
This has always been a favorite of mine, and now feels like a real tuner car that can be turned into a Fast&Furious vehicle. Handling is amazing and weaving in and out of highway traffic makes me happy - this car takes sharp turns very well with it's original FWD.
