II. Copy vehicles.meta and place in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\ -OR- copy lines in the vehicles.meta folder's text document and overwrite the REGINA entry in the .meta file.
III. Copy carvariations.meta and place in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\common\data -OR- copy lines in the carvariations.meta folder's text document and paste in the .meta file.
ADDON
I. Place "belwagon" folder in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks.
II. With OpenIV, navigate to update\update.rpf\common\data and open dlclist.xml.

Do you mean carcomponents (the objects at the back)? They can be changed with a native trainer. This model doesn't have tuning parts that I added.

Hello did the car location change ? Cause i don't find Regina car in patchday 10

@Monomachos No, he is right you writhe the wrong location for the car too, if we replace the carvariations.meta from the archive, it has the massacro tuning part, you should know because you made the file, so the regina does not exist in that carvariation.meta file in that path in mpchristmas2! Pls make the right changes! thx the car is best!
@Monomachos So I just find the solution for me, for the tuning part problem: you have to copy all the regina lines from the given "lines" file (or just copy carvariations.meta as indicated in README.txt) and put it first, before slamvan in the carvariations.meta in your game from the indicated path, and just replace the line: <Item>157_massacaro2_modkit</Item> with <Item>0_default_modkit</Item>
I don't know if it will work for everybody. And for the car files, location is: update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
