Update 5.1 Hotfix:
- Fixed the outdated popcycle file. It should be the correct version now.
- Completely remade the popgroup system for more variety and better vehicle organization.
- Completely remade and added a ton of brand new scenarios.
- Added and updated hundreds of vehiclemodelsets.
- Added Bottom Dollar Bounties vehicles.
- Updated the Chameleon Paint Patch with much more content.
- Many of the Car Generators have been replaced by Scenarios.

@baloneyboy Yes, it's currently being worked on. The mod is getting an entire rework but it will be out before the next GTAO update in December. I'm really hoping for an early November release at the earliest.
@SpeedyClaude Yes, been on the backburner for quite some time. Have just gotten busy with other projects.
