it does work , but might be best just to keep it for head shots , if people are having issues installing it very simple, download the file , then once downloaded create a folder in side it called Dismemberment
then place the dlc.rpf in side of it , now place the .dll / .ini /.cfg in side your scripts folder , then inside openiv , place your Dismemberment folder you created into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\dismemberment, then as for the entry to dlclist.xml. just add a line above the list <Item>dlcpacks:/Dismemberment/</Item>, remember to right click dlclist 1st to export to desktop to edit , then save and drag and drop back in it ;)

i installed all of this on a VMware Workstation windows 10 , once i got it working i installed on my own windows 10 , in order to remove you just have to go to your programs and uninstall vjoy driver then uninstall your microsoft wireless receiver then reinstall the original receiver driver again from your pc's directory
any chance you could help with this or know someone ?

say if i do a licence plate check on 1994 Mazda RX-7 VeilSides with lspdfr , the name comes back as 0x26ADA4DF , any way to change this ?
