@MorbidTurtle22 Might be the problem. I never had such issue before.

@MorbidTurtle22 I finally Fixed it. I do not know why but there were some issue in mods Folder Path for DLC Pack. Not sure why bcz it was working before update.
SO I deleted mod folder. Opened OpenIV, go to dlcpack/<any GTA Update> and then click on edit and it asked me to move the file to mod folder. So I clicked on Move and OpenIV made a directory for me then i added Add On Mods. Now it is working.

@MorbidTurtle22 Yes Obviously Brother. Modding GTA Since last 2 years. I know the basics. And This problem is beyond the basics. I did everything. Even Cleaned all the Mods and Added Fresh Mod. but Game Just failed to load Add On. If you are on Lastest Version. Can you Please Share your DLCList file's Content ?

Still Not able to Spawn. it says Car not Found.

@MorbidTurtle22 Spaw by Name does nothing. Loading Saved Vehicle from SPG gives Error.

@MorbidTurtle22 Yes. I am on Genuine Copy since it's release. I have just Update file and Add Ons DLC in Mods.I Updated to New Update.rpf and Changed DLCList and GameConfig file. but Not able to Spaw Add Ons.

What should i do brother ?
