@Arthur Morgan I don't know what you mean by "it is no longer possible to install texture files in OpenIV." I won't be updating those mods anytime soon, as I have enough going on with this project. They still work, I use them both. Its pretty easy to get working if you understand V Modding

@vithepunisher Texture dictionary must be wrong, it will be fixed in the upcoming update

@Doctorgta I have scenarios.. they don't load in codewalker automatically you'd need to import them. they are in the update.rpf

@TayMcKenzie works when you set your texture setting to normal, like the read me says...
