OMG dude i found sonething wrong in your script that made the manual gearbox completly unusable because everytime i set a key to ANY gear (mtfirstgear and so on) it just didnt work in-game. the clutch worked but not the gears. And i found a way to fix it. Contact me on skype so i can tell you how to solve it and then maybe update the script. My skype is : cetere2
TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO USE THEIR CONTROLLER OR STEERING WHEEL
use this to map the shifter and clutch keys to some random keyboard keys that you set in the mods config; http://joytokey.net/en/
Then use this to make the steering wheel + gas/brake pedal so that the game thinks its an xbox360 controller. http://www.x360ce.com/
Its a bit complicated at first because x360ce has a dinput8.dll and scripthookv has one too so in that situation what you have to do is use the dinput8.dll that the x360 provides and download dsound.dll from here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1237747/temp/dsound.dll then put dsound.dll in the game's folder.
