on pacific standard heist i press e but I cannot raid the saftey deposit boxes

If I die after getting the bag on any of the fleeca heists I will still be able to go to the warehouse and get the money even though i died. Also no matter how many times i press e I cannot raid the deposit boxes on fleeca
I wish I wasnt such a noob and knew how to download this.
