At 5 stars can you replace police with military men and police cars with military cars? So like the military responds at 5 stars and police don't?
I don't see a reason for this mod but if you can put stuff in the trunk or do other things then I would get it.
I like this mod, even though it was made a few times but this is the only one that works for me at the moment.

@mishalah Did you put the bin folder in or the files inside? Just put the files inside the bin folder in the game directory.
