Does this fix vehicles spawning to try to stop you from driving really fast?

I'm using this mod and when I enter a building, I go below the map (literally), I have some mods that edit the SP world map. I wonder if it's conflicting?

Hi, nevermind it works perfect, love the animations! I didn't have ManualTransmission since I don't really want it.

I just changed
[Options]
MTMode=false

I'm having the following error, I believe this is due to your mod? Also I don't seem to have the animations.
