how do i open build a mission?

how do i use this??
okay im an experienced modder but this has been working for me for a while but suddenly the hotkey 'L' wont work so i have to type the model name in the trainers for example 'menyoo' please help
@sakibakanda1 you got skype mate i can help you out with most script mods or just any mods just make sure you always read, 'read me' or just most text files when modding or you can crash your game
@sakibakanda1 you have the scripthook and dinput? in your game directory?
how you turn the mod off and on?
