@Coa Turned out both VWE and NV worked fine with WOV but another mod I had Dispatch & Tactics Enhancement messed with the traffic causing constant repeats
Great mod but i'm having issues with traffic variety especially the orange orang a tang trucks. They're everywhere and I mean everywhere I can't turn a corner without seeing 4 or 5 of them. Is this a mod issue or a compatibility one? The only mods that I think could be causing issues are vanillaworks and NVE
