In your propsets.meta file, I was able to add an umbrella to the coffee set, but of course, when it rains, NPCs drop the umbrella and instead so the hurried walk. Would be neat to have them walk around with umbrellas 😎
As -EcLiPsE has pointed out, you will know it works when you see NPCs holding water bottles, eCola soda cans, Michael, Trevor and Franklin cellphones, and branded coffee cups!

@player2 Hello, apologies for the delayed response as I too did not know how to get this to work in FiveM.
In any script, you can simply stream the propsets.meta file and then in your fxmanifest you need to enter the following:

'propsets.meta'
}
data_file 'AMBIENT_PROP_MODEL_SET_FILE' 'propsets.meta'
