To install goto update > update.rpf > common > data in openiv and replace the handling.meta (MAKE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP OF THE ORIGINAL ONE)

Doesnt work it says this when i move the OAC file to prologue.rpf {td_loading_music.oac(Line 9): File "td_loading_music\0x0C254AE9.wav" not found.}
