No numpad here either so I had to come up with a solution. You need to install AutoHotKey and save the following text as a script with a filename ending in .ahk .

^Left::Send "{Numpad4}"
^Right::Send "{Numpad6}"

; --- Ctrl + Enter → Numpad 5 ---
^Enter::Send "{Numpad5}"

; --- Ctrl + Backspace → Numpad 0 ---
^Backspace::Send "{Numpad0}"

In file manager, right click your script file and run it as an administrator. Run GTA V in borderless windowed mode, and you'll be able to emulate numpad presses. Press F10 to bring up this mod's menu, then use these controls:

All of these controls need you to be holding the right Control key: use the main cursor keys to navigate menu options, use Return to select an option, use Backspace as the key to go back. I've been able to use the mod this way happily in Enhanced.

Mod feedback: It's a lot of fun, but I think the pickup points and destinations should always be generated at the side of a road. I've played this a bunch and spend most of my time offroading in the wilderness!
