@_Vlad_ it was the grassfix. so far I found it changes maze bank lods too and ch2_lod3_slod3.ydr

@_Vlad_ I think I found the problem possibly. grassfix dlc folder for Visual V has some files that change ch2_03 but theyre are combined so im not sure which one it is. Deleting the folder for cityhills 2 in the "grassfix" folder corrupts the game however. I'm gonna see if changing the lods for ch2_03 in the main MOD folder files fixes it

@_Vlad_ I have your mods installed via DLC list with RCA in my DLC packs. I'll just go through and replace the files then
