Unfortunately conflicts with LA Revo 2.0 and 5Real when inside the rockford hills area (or beverly hills if installed this mod), before download LA Revo 2.0, this mod was clearly good and just overrides some models.

This pickup is so good, but the downside is when you go farther away from the vehicle, the model of the replaced bison appears.

This fills up an empty land near an intersection in Vinewood Hills, this is great especially for someone like me who wants to urbanize the map

It despawns when I log into the game, it's not persistent. Btw its amazing

Yo @DANIX, it would look alot better if you add some textures on the exterior so it blends with the Blaine County-ish atmosphere, above all its great but just the textures that makes it seem cartoonish

Hey @JANTSUU, mind if you rework the exterior of this building so it blends with the rest of the buildings especially when using mods that enhance textures like NVE, btw it's amazing

@letsgoddc It has already released but you need to pay for it so you can get it
