i have found the issue, if you delete the SHVDN.xmls it will work again!!

Idk if it's cause of GTA's new update but ever since bottom dollar, this mod sadly no longer works for me... Hopefully a update soon, this mod has helped me so much in the past 2 years!

@canadaboyjk That's odd, cause i started with heavily modded then started my modlist over, then cleared my whole gta, i have done this about 4 times already, and yes i have messed with config numbers down to removing certain files, today i am restarting again to see if i can get it to work. This mod just seems to not like my pc for some reason

Sadly no matter how I install this mod, From clean installs to downright reinstalling the game. I can't seem to get my game to run longer then 3 Mins without a CTD with this mod, I see everything working fine in game ( New Police and such ) But game just refuses to work with this mod after a few mins, Such a shame this mod looks really amazing!

@dd4275 worked for me, gotta roll back your gta to before the newest update and use the old scripthook to
