Alright everybody listen up, For those who cannot spawn certain vehicles like i couldnt before(specifically the batpod and the proto). I found a possible fix. Ok let me get straight into it. The extratitleupdatedata.meta line was missing some things in the read me that was provided. Instead of using the line that was provided try using this:

cant get it to work even tho i followed the instructions :( i put it in both mod folder and the normal update folder

So really mine was just missing the "path" line, so try changing that and if it doesnt work let me know.
