Vehicle save functionality seems to be busted again

@sjaak327 Actually it appears none of my saved settings actually save on exit

@sjaak327 Can't seem to save cars any more, gives me the text pop-up saying it has but the load list doesn't change from turismo

My wheel isn't be detected. It works with other games. What to do?
