why the mod of the f1 car is courently unavaible?

it gives me an error, err_fil_pack_1 and won't load with this mod, (pirated version patched)

ok..., my game is cracked by reloaded, i put inside the 1.36 update, after i put inside 1.40 10103.2 update.rpf and the dlcpacks even of the other update, so i should have all file. in order to start the game with latest patch i should use little fixes .oiv and the game start and work perfectly, but it say is 10103.1 1.40, and YOUR TRAINER crash with err_fil_pack_1 when i try to enable mp maps option, also the rocket voltic has stopped engine (no fire) , the yacht that i want to spawn have only the gold plates visible, please help.

someone can tell me how to increase the speed of the missiles?

hey i'm trying right now your mod and its amazing but the missiles explode on me couse of the much lower speed, can you explaine how to edit game files to increse the speed of the missiles and of the bullet, thanks in advice
